Sessions 1 and 2 are foundational prerequisites for all other sessions. The war between the genders was started eons ago and continues to be waged both inside our own psyche and outside in our relationships. Our DNA, passed down from our ancestors, has been deeply imprinted with distrust and imbalance; which becomes a self-fulfilling prophesy.

Painful memories (both conscious and subconscious) create severe negative attitudes and feelings of: resentment, anger, rage, hatred, jealousy, abandonment, betrayal and victimhood.

During this session, you will neutralize the painful memories and emotions regarding men and male energy. This starts with your personal concept of a male Creator. It includes your own male (left brain) qualities of thinking, analyzing order, action, giving and perceiving what can be measured with the physical senses. This inner relationship is reflected in all your male relationships, so we also include healing relationships with your father, brothers, sons, friends, lovers, husbands, teachers, leaders as well as patriarchal and institutional systems.

You are able to replace distrust, defense and constriction with open-hearted trust and allowance for males and male expressions of energy. With the negative memories and emotions of the past gone, you are free to be in the present moment and respond consciously. You will develop the ability to deeply discern truth and integrity in yourself and others. You will make wise and healthy relationship choices. Your inner female and inner child will finally be able to trust the balanced, healthy, mature inner male.
