on the pain body: Many things throughout my life are saved there, as I have not understood and know how to change course. Food addiction has increase and capability has decreased. Have become lost because of cloudiness., sugar/coffee/bread is the morning diet. And just now, tonight, I find a book: Bloodsugar solution by Mark Hyman – this addiction is something else that has to be addressed in order to become health and whole and be ready for the New Age. Money has been the block to keep me away from being able to have a good life.
Reading the Eckhart Tolle quotes made me really take it in this time, as it had not ` when I heard it through the Oprah classes, or maybe at that time just didn’t know what to do about it! Therefore stress’s been piling up ~ the pain body wants to survive. My children’s father has been in this pain body for as long as I’ve know him, where survival is every day – now I find myself on that very same path of not having direction anymore.
Some clearing, physical/emotional will be very beneficial.
