Format

The EM Detox Program is delivered to you through 7 private sessions, on the phone or in person. Sessions last approximately 1.5 hours and generally follow this agenda:

1. Individualized Integration Coaching
2. Guided Meditation
3. Debriefing

Scheduling

Sessions should be spaced at least a week apart. Clients can take a slower pace if necessary.  Appointment can be set that are mutually convenient. Client is responsible for paying long distance phone charges,unless otherwise agreed.
